This mini awakening is a breath of fresh air as you begin to understand that all thoughts are neither good or bad they are merely energy.
This allows you to release your inner critic and to stop judging yourself.

2. Be In A Constant State Of Appreciation
Go outside and bathe in nature. Appreciate how wonderful and beautiful our planet is.
Take a moment lying in bed and be thankful for your body and everything is does to keep you alive.
Appreciate all the friends and family in your life right now, and all the love they bring to you.
Sit right now for 10 seconds and close your eyes, take a deep breath and feel appreciation for everything you have in your life right now.
Feels good, doesn't it?
Now I understand that life throws lessons here and there and you maybe facing health challenges or relationships problems, or maybe some money issues if this is you, it's even more important to find space for appreciating all you have in your life.
Love yourself deeply and appreciate every single cell in your body.
When you are in this constant loop of appreciating, you raise your vibration and the Universe will deliver more juicy goodness for you to appreciate.
The beautiful thing is when you are in this higher vibration you realize all the petty shit you cared about doesn't matter.
None of it matters.
Because you are no longer coming from a place of lack - for someone or something.
When you appreciate all you have in your life, there is nothing more that you need.
You cup is full.
- Find a tree or a place sit quietly outside (if you can), feel the warm sun on your face or the cold rain on your cheeks and look around and find things to acknowledge and talk about them right out loud.
- Appreciate all the intricacies of a flower, or the birds singing or beauty of insects.
- Make this a part of your life. Go outside regularly in nature and appreciate how beautiful this planet is.
3. Notebook of Positive Aspects
Buy a notebook or a journal and put it somewhere close to your bed.
Name your book "Notebook of Positive Aspects" or "My Little Book of Gratitude" and write each day 3-5 pages of positive aspects on 5 different subjects.
On each subject, whether you perceive it as good or bad, write down positive aspects on each of the subjects.
Every single day you look for the hidden blessing in each of your stressings and write down why you are grateful for the experience.
So often if something hasn't gone right in your life we are all too quick to blame others.
Staying on the low vibration of 'why me' will keep you stuck for a long time.
It's only when you begin to see the light shine within your own darkness, the Universe then responds and helps guide you forward.
Listening quietly for the hidden message of any events in your life that you feel hard done by.
When you begin to look at any experiences in life from this point of view, you will know your vibration has changed.
Thankfulness and gratitude energy heals the heart.
When you heal the heart, you open yourself to receive the unconditional love from the Universe.
Putting pen to paper helps to reaffirm all the positive aspects of events in your life.
This will cultivate greater wellbeing, higher states of consciousness and deepen your relationship with Source.
- Morning or Evening write everything you are grateful for that day
- Starting each sentence with "I am grateful for" ...
- Spend 5 minutes at the end placing your palm on your heart.
- Recite all the things you wrote in your journal about what you are grateful for.
- Picture a beautiful sun, shining from the middle of your chest. Filling you up with love and light.
4. Eat Clean Foods
There's never been a better time to deepen your knowledge about the importance of eating well to help prevent so many dis-eases in the body.
